We will always make a full assessment of any new instruction to ensure that any enquiries we are asked to conduct meet the standard set out in our Code Of Practice and we will only undertake enquiries which we are satisfied are both lawful and morally ethical. We will not accept instructions to obtain information which might, in our opinion, be used for purposes of mal-intent or for malicious retribution by one party against another and we reserve the absolute right to decline an instruction without stating our reasons for doing so.
Furthermore, if we feel that we are being asked to engage in such enquiries, we give notice here that we will notify whichever authorities we may deem appropriate in order to safeguard the rights and safety of others.
